I have been the only owner of this vehicle after having it custom ordered.  It arrived with 4 miles on the odometer.  I followed strict engine break-in guidelines that can be found online including RPM limitations and a set schedule of higher RPM runs after the first 500 miles.  The car started with conventional oil, was replaced with conventional at 1000 miles, then replaced with conventional/synthetic blend at 3000 miles, and replaced with synthetic every 3000 miles thereafter.

The overall condition of the vehicle is “good” meaning there are no mechanical problems that I know of (and it was just checked by Subaru – see below), only minor cosmetic blemishes (2 small dings that I have subtracted from the value).  The interior is in excellent condition.  The vehicle has never been smoked in.  The only reason I am not calling it "excellent" condition is because I dont believe anything thats not still on a dealer's lot can truly be "excellent"

The car was in for repairs following an accident on 1/29/2008 (which is correct on the otherwise spotless carfax report), most of the damages were cosmetic and there was no frame damage and the front or side airbags have never deployed. I have receipts for repairs, and all repairs carry a lifetime warranty.

This vehicle has spent NO time in the shop for mechanical problems, no recalls, and did visit Subaru (Valvoline for oil changes) for regularly for scheduled maintenance.

The most recent service (scheduled for 22,500 miles) was completed on 10/8/2009:

I have a CARFAX report obtained October 5, 2009 for this vehicle that I will provide upon request

I am still driving the vehicle the ~5 miles or so to work, so I estimate the miles will be approximately 23,500 at the time of transfer (at the current time, odometer reads 23,336). 

The loan on this vehicle is held by Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, Harrisburg, PA.  They will release the title to me upon payoff to be transferred to the buyer.
