All returned merchandise must be new, unused, never mounted and include all original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. No items will be accepted for return after 15 days from the date on the sales receipt. No returned items will be accepted without contacting us first for an RMA. All sales are final on close out items. We make every attempt to describe the condition as accurately as possible, however mistakes do occasionally happen. Items that have been inadvertently misrepresented may be eligible for a refund of the final auction price, if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise we consider all sales final. We do not refund shipping.
