This part can be configured for the 68 T-Bird made before 11/6/67. I will do it for Free. You cannot tell them apart by looking. Just have to swap the red and black wires.

 

If you are looking for an original part for your show car here it is. This is an NOS, new out of stock, original Ford part still in the box. Yes it is new but remember it has been sitting in a box on a shelf for 40 years. It looks reasonably ok. It has been tested and works perfectly.

 

For less than half the price I sell a new after market electronic replacement for this flasher that does a better job than the original. Part # T10) TE-2. It also comes with a 2-year warranty. When was you 68 Thunderbird manufactured?

The production year for the 68 Thunderbird started in late 1967 and ended in Late 1968. You will need to find out the exact date your car was manufactured. See Helpful Hints.
