Overview: NEW ARRIVAL!!! The 2009 Explorer FULL SIZE ATV (ATV-135D) is designed for children ages 7 to 17. It delivers a great balance of size, speed, and power for the intermediate rider. The Large Size Frame and the Reverse Gear are designed for riders who have some riding experience to handle, A Throttle Regulator provides total control over the Versatile 8 hp 4-stroke Air-cooled Engine by limiting speed to as low as 5 mph, or all the way up to 40 mph and anywhere in between, your choice! The factory installed Security System includes Remote Engine Shutdown. The safety features don't stop there, a Starter/Brake Interlock prevents accidental starting, and a Lanyard Safety Cutoff will shutdown the engine if separated from the quad. Newly added Dual Engine Covers provide hours and hours of fun rides without getting burned by the hot motor and pipes. It's Fully Automatic Transmission is easy to drive and the handling is excellent thanks to the Independent Dual A-Arm Front Suspension. Free Registration documentation: All of the TaoTao 2009 model 125cc ATVs are legal and can be registered as an off road vehicle in 49 States except for California due to their 2009 CARB approval still pending. We provide a complete registration paper work that includes MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and Bill of Sale which may be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The Registration paper work is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the vehicle, it will be mailed to you after you receive your vehicle and submit the MSO Request Form to us. Registration paper work generally requires 2 to 3 days to process after we receive your complete MSO Request Form.

Assembly: Comes 80% assembled, you will need to put on the wheels, handlebars etc. Anyone who has some mechanical knowledge can uncrate this quad and get it up and running in an hour. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing it on your own, you may take it to a professional mechanic and have them get it ready for you, it is your responsibility to make sure that the vehicle is assembled correctly and to pay for any additional fee related to assembly if needed. Negligence and improper assembly will void warranty. Be sure to tighten all bolts, check / replace engine fluids and fully charge battery prior to operation.

Warranty: The warranty on these motor vehicles is for 6 months which includes parts and shipping (engine is for 1 year). Labor coverage does not apply to off-road vehicles. Buyers are required to possess general maintenance and basic repair skills such as using general hand tools, removing & replacing nuts & bolts, replacing light bulbs, filters, fluids, etc.. After the warranty periods have expired, you are responsible for the costs of parts and shipping. The warranty is effective only if:

1. The product is completely and correctly assembled preferably by professional motorcycle technician;

2. The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;

3. The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

As with most motor vehicle warranties, certain conditions, exclusions and limitations apply. Common warranty exclusions include but are not limited to: 1) Standard wear and tear items such as seats, filters, hoses, spark plugs, tires, brakes, batteries, light bulbs; 2) Vehicle used for extreme riding, racing or competition; 3) Damage from collision or accident; 4) Vehicles driven by unqualified operators; 5) Unauthorized third party repair.

Safety Precautions: Children should always ride this vehicle with adult supervision, always wear proper safety gear. Buyer agrees to be responsible for any unforeseen accidents that could result in use of our vehicles, regardless of cause. Do not attempt any of the dangerous maneuvers. We assume no responsibility for any property damage or to any person sustaining any injury or death as a result of purchasing or viewing any of the content on this web site.

Damage Policy: Every quad passes a rigorous 18 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are securely packaged and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the vehicle or the packaging that occurs was due to improper shipping process. If your vehicle is damaged or has missing part, there are 2 solutions: 1) if the damage is simply a few scratches or cracked plastic part(s), you can accept it and we'll file a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover the damage and send you replacement parts free of charge after we receive your complete supporting documents for the claim. Please be sure to inspect the vehicle thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages or missing parts MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must be received within 3 days via fax or email. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by the trucking company and you will have to pay for the replacement parts. Please save all original packaging material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection. Our trained and experienced customer service representatives are available to assist and resolve any shipping claims based on your complete supporting documents. 2) If you believe that the vehicle has more than just cosmetic damages and is totally destroyed during transit, you must take pictures of damages and call us immediately to confirm the fact with us before you decide to refuse delivery. Otherwise you will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee and/or all costs of shipping out a new vehicle. If you refuse delivery due to damage and is returned to us for a replacement vehicle, upon inspection at the shipper and the damages are purely cosmetic and no structural or mechanical damages are found, the vehicle will be repaired and shipped back to you at your expense. Any refunds on non-repairable or lost vehicles will be refunded once the claim is settled. Any chargeback on payment will be subject to a $75.00 chargeback fee, interest, and attorney and court fees. Buyers fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time loss which may occur due to this transaction.

Return Policy: We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for your vehicle, please notify us in writing within 2 days of receiving your vehicle, and we will issue you a full refund for the vehicle. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process a refund after we receive the returned vehicle. A 6% merchant fee will be deducted from your refund if you paid with a credit card or an instant transfer via Paypal. All items are brand new sealed in manufacturer's packaging, there are absolutely no refunds or returns/exchanges allowed for any items that are assembled, used or fueled for any reason as the vehicle would be considered used. You are responsible for:

• Returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

• Paying all costs for return shipping. Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the vehicle is shipped back damaged.

• You must contact us prior to returning any items. Any item returned without our approval will be refused and returned to you.

• No return or exchange for local pickups.

We use a third party LTL trucking company to delivery your vehicle, orders may NOT be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since we have no control over the shipping company. You may cancel your order if the vehicle has NOT been shipped within 14 business days after you pay, and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If for ANY reason that you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped or refuse to accept the delivery if there was no structural damages beyond repair, you agree to pay for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse plus a 30% restocking fee, no exceptions. A full or partial refund will be issued within 7 business days after we authorize a cancellation.
