The hybrid kit 1 will include the following parts:

1. Mild steel manifold with 3mm thick runner - retains stock radiator

2. Mild steel  casted downpipe with 3mm thick piping

3. Hybrid tdo4l turbo- new seals and bearings, ported compressor housing to allow a 19t compressor wheel and a 10 degree cut back turbine wheel to allow faster spool up and attain higher top end acceleration. This set up can produce close to or over 300 hp on a properly tuned engine.

4. One braided oil feed line with banjo style ends and one fitting for the turbo side oil feed.

5. Two braided water feed lines with fittings - flexible hose for easy fitment.

6. One 90 degree 3 ply silicone hose for the oil return.

7. One bracket to remount your actuator after rotating the turbo to suit the set up. Oil drain must face down and oil feed up.

8. Gaskets for the manifold to turbo and turbo to downpipe- single layer stainless steel

9. Beck arnley turbo to manifold gasket- stainless steel double layer.

Extra information: The turbos need to be rotated in the correct position to suit our 4efte and 5efte engine as most of you you there will know this. The oil feed need to point upwards and the oil return downwards.

After rotation of your turbo you will need to use the bracket supplied in the kit to bolt back the actuator in a different position. The actuator will need to be positioned under the turbo using the bracket so it wil be away from the radiator.

The downpipe model was made on an ep82 with a custom made exhaust system. It will line up in the correct position with your system but may be 2-3cm short depending on your set up. Our test fit model had no problems lining up nor length problems. This is just a precaution i must list before hand although we had no issues with fitment.

It is recommended to have your downpipe braced so you can take off some pressure off the manifold which already has a 15 lb turbo bolted onto it.
