US residents, even though we ship from Canada, you are guaranteed not to pay any taxes, duties or brokerage. There are no delays through customs. Shipping to New York typically takes 2-3 days. california, which is the furthest state from us takes 5-6 days. Canadian Residents, please request a total through EBay and please do not pay until we send you an invoice through EBay. You must ONLY use the “Pay Now” button in the invoice to check-out.
Shipping: We don't like the phrase "it’s in the mail" so we ship with UPS. The package is fully insured and you will get a tracking number at the e mail address that you have on your e bay profile. You’ll know when your order was shipped and where it is at all times. If you want us to ship to a PO Box address or a Military address then we will ship with the postal service. Please be advised that there is no tracking with the postal service and it does take a longer time.
We typically ship the next day of payment but reserve the right to ship up to 5 days after payment. If there is a problem with filling your order (very rare) we will contact you within 24 hours and let you know.
The shipping listed is FLAT RATE for UPS ground service within Canada and the continental US. Buyers from Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, a Military address or anywhere else in the world please contact us for shipping rates before you bid so there are no surprises.
Payments: We take PayPal or Money orders only. If you are sending a money order from the US, please make sure it is an "international" one so it can be cashed outside of the US. Your e bay user ID and the item number MUST be included with your money order. No personal checks or personal money orders please.
Taxes: Canadian residents must pay tax, Paypal will automatically add it at the check-out. If you are sending a money order from Canada, the tax must be added. US buyers pay NO TAX, NO DUTIES & NO BROKERAGE.
Pick-Up/Installation: You are welcome to pick-up your items at our shop to save on shipping and there is no "pick-up charge". Please contact us through e bay and we will send you our store hours and our phone number. If you are in the GTA we can also recommend professional shops around the area for installation of parts at very reasonable prices.
Returns/Exchanges: If we ship the wrong item we will ask you to ship it back and upon inspection we will even cover the shipping charge back. If the item is defective (hardy ever) shipping it back is your responsibility and we cover the shipping of replacement parts. In either case, you may choose to make another payment for the item and have it shipped right away to avoid "down time" for your vehicle. Your money will be credited as soon as we receive the wrong or defective part back. All returns must be approved by us first. Please contact us and we will give you specific instructions on returning the item.
We do our best to make sure your transaction is a smooth one and our feedback reflects that. Two different persons check the orders before they are shipped. However, mistakes may occur. Our phone number will be included in the same e mail that you will receive your tracking number with. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us before leaving negative feedback as we are more than willing to correct any mistakes we may have made with your order.
