PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING A BID ON THE AUCTION. BY PLACING A BID ON THIS AUCTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT BID ON THIS AUCTION. PERSIMMON RACING MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE AUCTION. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR BIDS SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.
All items are sold "as is" and all sales are final.  No return or refund will be granted.  All of our products are checked before shipping to ensure they are 100% non-defective.  We are not responsible for any damages incurred while shipping.  Some products may be damaged during transit.  Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person.  Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected.  In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification.  Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call or e-mail Street Racing Life within 24 hours to file a claim request.  Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.  The buyer is responsible for claiming all damages incurred while shipping with the carrier if the optional insurance is purchased.  Be sure to open and check package before signing for the release of the product as the carrier will refuse claim if damages are not reported at the time of receipt.  All returns must be authorized and approved by Street Racing Life and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  All approved returns must be returned to Street Racing Life in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) and in a timely fashion.  Insure that product is very well packaged.  Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Street Racing Life  In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier.    Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.  Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. 
Please contact us for any and all inquiries before you place your bid.  Bid only if you intend to go through with the auction.  All products sold by Street Racing Life are sold _as is_ to the customer.  Street Racing Life does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold.  All products sold by Street Racing Life are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only.  Street Racing Life is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products.  Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use.  Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer.  Street Racing Life will not be responsible for your own actions.  All payments must be received within 5 business days from the date the auction ends.  The availability of the product will not be guaranteed after the 5th business days.  Most of our aerodynamics are manufactured by hand with 100% fiberglass and/or carbon fiber.  Due to the material used in production, they will NOT be a direct bolt-on.  These products may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work.  These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars.  By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing theses products.  We strongly recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation on the body kits.  Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the product.  If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.  Know the product before you purchase them.  All shipping and handling prices indicated are non-negotiable.  Any bidders outside the 48 contiguous states must contact us for an estimate before bidding as all winning bids will be honored.  Negative feedback will be left for any winning bidders that decides the shipping is too high after the auction ended.
