You are looking at the original TPO Parts Smog Valve Removal Kit. This kit is used to remove the "Smog Valves" from your motorcycle's engine for race or high performance use.

This kit fits:

  • CBR954RR, 2002 - 2003
  • CBR1100XX, 1997
  • 919, 2003 - 2007

This is a must for race or trackday bikes: get rid of some useless weight, make your engine run better, and clean up your engine compartment all at the same time.

The TPO Parts Smog Valve Removal Kit makes it easy to remove the smog system (aka PAIR system) from your motorcycle. This kit includes a set of billet aluminum block-off plates which you install in place of the factory smog hardware. These plates are machined to fit your engine in place of the factory smog valves. You simply remove the factory hardware and install the blockoff plates in its place. No drilling or cutting is required--this is a bolt-on modification.

Installing this kit has the following benefits:

  • Improved exhaust scavenging
  • Weight reduction (3 lbs on average)
  • A cleaner, less cluttered, engine area--makes your bike easier to work on
  • elimination of potential leaks
  • Removing the smog system eliminates error when making air/fuel ratio measurements--THIS IS A MUST IF YOU DYNO TUNE YOUR BIKE.

This kit installs with simple hand tools, and takes about an hour to install. If you can use a screwdriver and a wrench then you can install this kit.

USA and Canada

  • Shipment time is 2 to 6 weeks.
Italy and France
  • All packages shipped to Italy must be registered. There will be an additional $11.00 fee for this service.
  • Our experience with Italian and French postal systems has been particularly poor.
  • It may take up to 13 weeks to receive your package.
  • Please be patient and check with your local customs if you have not received your shipment.
Multiple Items

Multiple items won on the same day or the same weekend will have combined shipping. You may contact us to hold shipping for multiple items.
