Terms - Sorry, no International shipments to anywhere! There are just to many problems with Customs and delivery times, and packages are not traceable. Items will only be shipped to a USA address. No warranties or guarantees, implied, expressed, offered or written. We reserve the right to cancel bids or end auctions without prior notification as per our discretion. We leave feedback after we receive it, that way we know the transaction is complete and the purchaser is satisfied.
Bidding - Per ebay policies, your bid is a contract to buy the item. For a list of ebay rules about bidding and buying in their own words, click here. If you can not pay for the item within the specified time, then do not bid. Persons who retract bids in violation of ebays policy will be immediately banned from all future auctions.
Payment - Payment due within 3 days of of the time the auction ends unless you are bidding on multiple items. If you are bidding on multiple items (or planning to), then please notify us of that fact. Items not paid for in 7 days will be considered abandoned, buyer will be reported for non-payment, and blocked from future auctions. Paypal only unless the item is being picked up locally. No pick-ups of small items, they are best shipped to avoid delays and issues with paypal delivery times.
Shipping - USPS Priority Mail is used for most all packages. Not responsible for packages delayed in transit, delivery time after mailing is the responsibility of the Post Office. Average time to receive after payment is usually 10 days. We will combine shipping whenever possible to save on shipping fees. Shipping fees are charged at a Flat Rate, which includes the actual cost of Postage, Delivery Confirmation plus any Handling fees. Delivery Confirmation is required, no exceptions! Many items we sell are parts, which are heavier and bulkier than trinkets, therefor the shipping cost is higher. If you think the shipping is too high, take a trip to the Post Office with 30 packages and see what your bill is.
Handling - Average handing time is 3 to 5 business days, not including weekends or Holidays. This is the time it takes to get your items properly packed and delivered to the Post Office for shipping, NOT the total time it will take to receive the package! If this is an issue that will affect your final "star" seller rating than perhaps other sellers can better fulfill your needs. We endeavor to get your items shipped as soon as humanly possible, we don't like to wait either. The handling fee is included in the Flat Rate shipping fee pays for consumable products used to ship items out, such as tape, envelopes, packing materials, etc.
Returns - No Returns accepted, all sales are to be considered final. Items are sold as is, where is, with all defects and flaws included. This includes any issues unknown by the seller that the item may have. Use the description and the pictures to be sure you can use the item BEFORE you bid. Items will be described as best we can, no effort will be made to hide anything. Buyers "Remorse" is NOT a legitimate reason for returning anything. Neither is false "SNAD or "not received" claims.
Rules - This information should not be have to be posted, but it is becoming more necessary in this new age of fraud. We want everyone to be satisfied with their purchases, just like we want to be satisfied with the items we purchase. Therefore, we use very concise and accurate descriptions and clear pictures.
However, as a business entity we need to protect ourselves from the "free loader" elements of our Society. We will use any and all legal remedies for fraudulent "SNAD" reports, false "Not Received" reports, and illegitimate "chargebacks". This includes us employing the services of various Collection Agencies and Credit Reporting Agencies in collection of lost funds if necessary.
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with the transaction if at all possible. Fraud is a serious problem and one we take seriously. Most of the time everything goes smoothly, but every once in a while we encounter someone that is the direct cause of these rules. We are fairly new to ebay but not new to business.
Miscellaneous - Since we do work in public jobs as well, we can not always answer questions immediately. Please be patient while waiting for a response. We will answer any questions or concerns as soon as possible. If you have not received a response within 2 days, try sending another message as sometimes we have problems responding to some email address', such as AOL and Earthlink. Also check your "spam" folder to be sure our reply was not misinterpreted by your email system.
