This is one of several takeoff bumpers that we have listed. Most of these bumpers are taken off brand new trucks when we install a custom bumper for a customer. As mentioned, most are brand new, however, some are slightly used and have some scuffs and scrapes. Several high-quality pictures are shown below so that you can see the condition of the particular bumper in this listing. When damage was noticed, it will be noted. However, if there are a lot of these bumpers that we are listing, so if the bumper has some minor damage that is not noted, then that is where your responsibility comes in to inspect the included high-quality pictures as these bumpers are being sold "as-is" with no refunds or exchanges.
Sometimes, the factory bolts are used to mount the custom bumper to the truck. Therefore, what is show in the picture is what is included with the bumper and only what is included with the bumper.

We ship to the lower 48 United States only. We cannot ship to HI, AK, PO Boxes, or APO's. We do not ship to Canada nor do we ship to Mexico.

With new bumpers and headache racks, there is no way to constantly keep eBay inventory updated with the inventory at all of our warehouses. A rare exception to the 1-2 business day shipping time would be if the item happens to be out of stock at all of the warehouses and we have to get one built and shipped from Top Gun. This usually adds 5-10 business days to the process. We will apologize to you if this rare occurrence should happen to you and will give you the option of waiting on item or amicably cancelling the eBay transaction.
This item is too large to be shipped by common carriers like FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or US Postal Service. Therefore, it has to be shipped by motor freight.
MOTOR FREIGHT USUALLY TAKES A LITTLE LONGER THAN COMMON CARRIERS LIKE FedEx Ground AND UPS Ground. SO, PLEASE EXPECT 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS SHIPPING TIME.
SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY:
We are not trying to concern you about buying from us. The fact of the matter is that these products are heavy, bulky, and damage occasionally occurs with any and every shipping company. We have this policy so that you know what to do if your item is damaged in shipping and we can exchange or refund a damaged item. However, to be able to exchange or refund a damaged item requires that you take the correct actions on your end in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in shipping.
INSPECT THE ITEM FOR DAMAGE BEFORE YOU SIGN OFF WITH THE CARRIER. OPEN ANY PACKAGING AND CHECK THE ITEM BECAUSE "CONCEALED" DAMAGE IS TREATED BY THE FREIGHT CARRIERS THE SAME AS "VISIBLE" DAMAGE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT SOMEONE FULLY INSPECTS THE ITEM FOR VISIBLE AND CONCEALED DAMAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES. WE CAN EXCHANGE OR REFUND A DAMAGED ITEM ONLY IF YOU FOLLOW THE BELOW PROCESS.
