Note: If you're not sure what a Confirmed Address is, please go to Paypal.com and find out. Also, we can only ship to the address listed in your paypal account, we can not ship to your office address, work address, mother's house, or any other address other then what is listed in your paypal account.

You should contact us about your method of payment within 3 days and recieve payment within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in negative feedback and a Non-Paying bidder report being filed.

For various reasons, we are not able to answer emails on Sundays and Mondays. Please keep this in mind, every email is read and responded to, multiple emails are not necessary.

Insurance and delivery confirmation is required for all purchases over $100.00.  

Many times stock photos are used for item pictures, so make sure you read the description fully before placing a bid. Cameras and other electronics are guaranteed against DOA (dead on arrival) unless they are being sold as "broken". This means you must promptly contact us once you recieve the item (within 48 hours) and let us know the item arrived broken in order for us the honor the "DOA" policy. All other items are sold as-is and insurance is purchased on your behalf to protect your investment. If you are not comfortable with these terms, please do not bid. We have had too many non-payers and people who are pulling out of agreements.

Sorry shipping charges are not negotiable. Please specify your item number and name in your payment. We ship most of our items USPS, though we often ship bigger packages through a professional shipping company with UPS. We normally ship every Tuesday and Friday, so all items paid for will mail out on those days only. We ship to the 50 United States ONLY we no longer ship to any other locations (no Canada, no Guam, no Puerto Rico, no APO, etc).
