Vehicle History Report Summary for 2000 Toyota Camry CE
| |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
PLEASE NOTE: This vehicle has been re-listed as the first buyer had a family issue with finalizing the sale on his end. We came to a mutual agreement to resolve this and so I am re-listing the vehicle. I have the title and the car is ready to be picked up or shipped. The car was on a temporary tag due to not being able to pass emissions and is now without a tag - you will obviously get a temporary tag when the title is transfered to you so this isn't really an issue.
This is a 2000 Toyota Camry CE with 145,865 miles on it. Power windows and locks, cruise control, CD/Tape player and A/C (needs gassing). Straight off the bat, we are selling this car because we are moving internationally. There are some issues with it mechanically (computer error codes) but nothing that is effecting the overall running of the vehicle. If we weren't moving we would make the repairs as we really like the car and it is solid, but at this stage we don't have the time or money to spare to make them. Exterior: 8/10 Rear Bumper has a crack from a slight impact. A few minor dents in the hood and some surface scratches that can be buffed out. Interior: 7/10 This has been a family car so there are a few stains on the floor and seats. I have not dry cleaned the interior but I'm sure that most of those stains will come out with a bit of dry cleaning Mechanical: 8/10 New transmission in 2008. Timing belt changed late 2007. Have taken it to a reputable mechanic who has said that the car could use a tune up. The check engine light it on and there are a few codes that need to be addressed mainly to do with emissions but DO NOT effect the driveability of the car.These are the codes: P0401 EGR Flow P0440 & P0442 EVAP Control & small leak P0773 Shift Solinoid E Malfunction (most likely caused by the other codes) Car History: We bought the car from a dealership. I know the car had been is some sort of collision and had been repaired hence the salvage title. We have had the car for 2.5 years and have had two small collisions. The first was an impact from the rear by another driver which cracked the bumper but caused no other damage (see photos). The second was a front right side impact where I hit someones bumper which damaged the bumper and the right side headlight - it was a low speed impact and the damage was repaired completely. The car required a new transmission to correct an error code so that the car would pass emissions testing at the end of 2008. Summary: This car does need some work but is still a solid, comfortable, driveable and if we weren't moving we'd keep it and get the repairs done. If your county does not require emissions testing there will be even less repairs to be done. Feel free to ask any questions. Terms of sale: 10% within 3 days of closing, full amount paid before shipping or on pick-up. Buyer to pay for shipping costs or buyer can pick up vehicle. I made a change to the title on 10/29/09 for two reasons: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
