That being said, any pre-owned vehicle for sale may or may not have minor surface scratches, door dings, stone chips in the paint, etc. from normal everyday use. It should not be assumed that this vehicle comes with extra keys, floor mats, tool kits, key fobs, or any other accessory that is not pictured or listed. By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.

Shipping Information:  Seller is not responsible for shipping. We will however assist you in finding a shipping partner and we are not responsible for any damages that may occur while being shipped.

Payment Information: Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees; documentation, registration and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fee and Tax Information: New Jersey residents are required to pay (7.00 % taxes), ($349 Documentation Fee), ($113.50 car or $150 truck Temp, Tags and Registration Fees).
Out-of-State residents are required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee), ($50 Temp and Title Fee) and pay your taxes and registration fees to your state. If you are financing you will be required to pay applicable taxes in your state and registration fees to us.
