1978 FJ40 Landcruiser. This is a two owner California/Arizona rust free uncut cruiser. It has most of its original paint. The front right fender/quarter has been repainted to the passenger door due to fender being damaged by the previous owner. The paint isn't a perfect match due to the 31 year old original paint. The engine is a great running 4 bolt main chevy 350 with an edelbrock air flow manifold and holley 4 barrel carb. matched to the original transmission and transfer case. The 4 wheel drive works great. The transmission shifts smoothly. The brakes work great. There is a small rear main seal leak.
The interior is in great condition. All four seats are like new and tear free. A near perfect dash, crack free dash pad, and original am radio. All lights and turn signals work including the dash pad light and interior dome light. The odometer and all gauges work properly. The rear bed area has been repainted. Original floor and bed mats are in very good condition. New rims and like new michelin ltx m/s p235/75r15 tires. Spare tire is a yokohama in the same size. New radiator. New gas tank and sending unit from cool cruisers. The top is near perfect. Remember the original rust free paint shines very nice and has no dents or dings. This cruiser is ready to go as is.
