Most items are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours. If for some unusual reason there is a delay, you will be notified, whereupon you will be given the option to wait or receive a full refund.

Generally, all sales are final. However, if the wrong item was sent, we will promptly exchange it for the correct item at no further cost to you. If the correct item is not available, a full refund will be issued pending it's return (must be in re-sale condition). All items must be returned with an RA# (return authorization). If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you are welcome to return it with an RA# for an exchange. All returns are subject to an industry standard re-stocking fee of 20%. Additionally, if a part has been installed or altered in any way, the sale is considered final and not eligible for refund and/or exchange.
