It is with great reluctance that I'm parting with this unique Triumph T100 Sports Comp model. I built this machine myself for a client a couple of years ago while I owned and operated BBC Triumph in Ventura, California and due to my clients failing health was able to buy it back soon after assembly. As you can see it's essentially a new machine. The object of the build was to try and emulate the I.S.D.T. Trophy Trail bikes built in Duarte, California in the early 70's that weighed in at about 300lbs. I haven't put it on the scales recently but if I recall we pared it down to about 315lbs by using Sun alloy rims, custom alloy oil tank, alloy Italian forks, alloy fuel tank, alloy fenders and a lovely seat with a fiberglass base. Once again, it's all new and top of the line. Balanced engine with new bore and pistons, megacycle cams, valves, guides, mains and rod bearings, clutch plates, primary chain, etc. If it moved and could wear it was replaced. Chassis is powder coated, with new Pirelli dual sport tires on Sun rims laced with stainless spokes and nipples by Buchanan's in So. Cal., folding Speedline kickstart, folding footpegs, quick action throttle, acerbis mirrors, 2 into 1 exhaust by Armour out of England with U.S. forest service approved spark arrestor. This bike has been used for less than 4 hours hence our mileage approximation of 60. I also have a small box of new parts that go with the bike that includes a bigger sprocket and other misc. Matching engine and frame numbers. First class overall condition. Bike starts easily and runs unbelievably well. Clear Colorado title. I will consider offers and possibly a trade for a pre 1970 650 unit or pre-unit. I can be reached on 303-931-8538. Reserve is well below the value and investment.
