1981 Triumph TR8 Convertible. This is an original TR8 not a TR7 conversion. This car has been in the family since 1983. It has always been garaged and has won several first place finishes in many car shows. It has been meticulously maintained and I have every service record in plastic since the car was purchased in 1981 . It has the original 3.5L fuel injected V8 with a 5 speed manual transmission . The car had the speedometer changed in 1983 from an 85mph unit to a 140mph unit. The original speedometer has 29,321 miles, the new unit has 44,940. It runs great and is a blast to drive. There is a small dent on the right side fender. The top has a tear at the button on the left and right side. I believe this can be repaired easily. I also have several original car magazines from 1981 featuring the TR8. I also have a list of all of the awards that this car has won.
