UD Diagnostic Software & Hardware

Tom’s Truck Center has made available the specific UD truck diagnostic tool containing the UD Datalink 3.01 software and the updated Python interface. This is just like the diagnostic tool that is used by UD dealers for performing electronic diagnostics. UD factory manuals are recommended when using this diagnostic tool.

·         New parts are warrantied by the manufacturer.

·         All returned parts must be returned in original packaging. 

·         Used parts are guaranteed not to arrive DOA.  We will refund or exchange any part which arrives DOA. 

·         Return policy on parts no longer applies once you have used or installed the part.

·         All returns, exchanges, and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping:

·         Shipping is within the 48 Continental United States ONLY.  (Alaska/Hawaii contact us for a shipping quote).

·         We do NOT ship outside of the US – This means Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, or Rest-of-World. 

·         If no flat-rate shipping cost is listed, shipping cost will be determined by your zip code throughout the continental United States.  Large freight items incur an additional charge if delivered to a residence.

·         Typical shipping time is 5-7 business days after payment posts.  Additional handling time, if necessary, will be detailed in the auction.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.

·         We offer local pick-up free of charge (willcall).  Contact us for details first – otherwise we will ship item out.
