Auction Terms:
We reserve the right to cancel any or all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if the motorcycle is sold off the lot.
WE OFFER FINANCING: All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing or must be able to pay cash. We at AlphaCars work with a variety of different banks and may be able to help you with financing arrangements. Please e-mail olga@alphacars.com or call 978-263-9000 extension 114, and we may be able to assist you with financing this bike.
Winning bidders must call us at 978-263-9000 ext 111 within 24 hours of auction close to confirm the purchase, or the bike may be re-listed or sold to any other qualified buyer. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit due within 2 business days of auction's close. Winning Bidder must pay in full and take delivery of the bike no later than 14 days of auction close.
Payment can be made in cash, wire transfer, Money Order, or Cashier's Check.
Massachusetts Residents are subject to 6.25% sales tax, title and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the bike will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for bike to be titled and registered.
WE WILL HELP YOU WITH SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements and costs.
