Insurance
Insurance is an optional charge, but we always suggested purchaser to buy shipping insurance. Since item may got loss and damaged during the shipment (Especially with Electrical item). It may damage inside but not the out side. You will nerve notice it before the produce been installed. Is at purchaser own risk if the item is uninsured.
Custom Tax
It is a must for Sender to state Item value on every shipment airway bill before the pack leave Japan; please email us if you have any special requests.
