Outside diameter of bezel is 4 3/16" or 116 mm from what I can tell.  I have no way to test it, but my starting price is low - you buy it as is.

BACKGROUND: I am an individual and a collector of "stuff."  I have purchased items such as this at a small town rural auction over the years (this is a place I go when I travel home to visit parents).  I have decided it is time to clean out the closet so I am selling various things including some coins and antiques.  I am a long time Ebay Buyer and Seller and have a good reputation - but due to the low starting prices for these items I am not offering any return option - if you want to see an additional close up picture or further details, please let me know and I will try to accommodate - and of course, please ask any questions before bidding.  Thanks and happy Ebay bidding!
