Shipping Policy

We Ship It. We Ship It Good: All shipping charges are specified in the auction.  We have included handling charges to defray the cost of Ebay's seller fees.  If you live out of the continental United States and depending on the actual weight of the packaged item, please be aware that shipping charges can be substantial. If you do live outside the continental United States (like Canada or Mexico for example), you may be charged extra for whatever paperwork needs to be filled out.  Contact us for an exact shipping cost prior to bidding for any and all shipments made outside the US. With this in mind, the winning bidder agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs as set by the seller, as well as any additional insurance if desired by the buyer. While we pack our items extremely well to ensure safe transport during shipping, be aware that we (the Seller) are not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process.

Returns Policy

You may return most new items for a full refund less a re-stocking fee of 25% within 30 days of delivery or 45% within 60 days. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and obtain a Return Goods Authorization number and fill out our return form. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason. 

All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We ask that you do not write on packages of return items, as they cannot be re-sold in this condition. The re-stock fee will be waived if items are damaged, defective or the wrong item is sent. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FITMENT OF OUR PARTS ON YOUR CUSTOM PROJECT. THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

1.      Not returned in original packaging, unopened.

2.      Or has writing on original packaging.

3.      Missing their serial number or UPC

4.      Special orders (returned at our discretion)

5.      Returned more then 60 days after delivery

6.      Returned without notification

7.  Item not accompanied with return form.

This item is subject to prior sale, and we reserve the right to sell this item through other venues.  Please note this eBay auction may be ended early if the item listed sells by another venue. We will do our best to contact you prior to the end of the auction, should this happen.
