This New OEM square flip key REMOTE 3 BUTTON half is from Volkswagen. Made in 2008. Fits 1998 to 2001 with square flip key.


New Beetle 1998 to 2001 (~May) *

PASSAT models 1998 through 2002 (with oval 2 button or 3 button) *

Golf Jetta IV 1999-2001 (~May) *

* yes, if you have a banjo remote or oval button flip key this is the upgrade to the chrome bar and red led transmit indicator remote. This is the only square button remote that works with the Volkswagens listed above. Others look alike but do not have the correct channel.

Series haa will also fit naa .Winning bidder will receive a 3 button remote 1j0959753T by 1st class mail. This is the replacement flip 3 button remote. Use it with your used flip key and have it matched to your car. So if you have a used flip key, or sent yours though the wash, this is the new remote for it.  Couple this OEM flip key remote to your square button flip key. Did you buy a newer remote, have the key cut only to find you could not get the remote to work on your car? These remotes all look alike but do not work for every Volkswagen. This remote has the newer look with the older channel.
