All payment will be refuned immediately if you are registered at the above countries.

If you don't get the item within the DELIVERY TIME FRAME* , please contact us or either your local postal office.

For other shipping methods like UPS / FeDex / DHL / EMS and shipping insurance, please ask for rates.

Proper packing materials apply and it is our company's policy to ensure no damages during postage.

Delivery Time Frame

It takes approximately 14-20 days to reach your side when shipped (except for buyer's designated shipping method).

Our shipping team operates from Monday to Friday daily. Sorry no shipment on weekend and holidays.

Delivery Time Frame (DTF) does not necessarily constituted a binding contactual term and it is only an indicative reference for buyers. Claims or compensation will not be entertained if the shipping time does not conform to the DTF.

All deals are final and no refund or return.

No refund for wrong item purchased. Please make sure the item is the one you are looking for.

All returned items either as unclaimed by buyers or non-admittance by custom are not guaranteed re-shipment. Under such conditions, buyers have to pay the SAME shipping and handling charge for re-shipment. No alternatives offer.

Free replacement if items are found damaged during postage. Prove of pictures is required. Buyers are borne to bear the replacement part shipping cost even it's been damaged during shipping. We entertain one time replacement.
