Introducing the New 2008 plastic Bar guard by Vantech. This adhesive plastic strip protects and prevents prolong damages to the cross bars. The Bar guard is a hard plastic material which will allow items to slide easily across without any disadvantages. The Bar guard can be cut to size easily. Can fit all 1" wide flat cross bars.

Shipping

Packages will be shipped via DHL. Please allow 5-7 business days upon arrival to destination. Be aware that sometimes packages will not get to destination on time due to weather conditions or suburban locations. Please provide us with your telephone # in case there is a problem. We regret that this item can not be shipped to PO boxes. This item can be combined with other accessories, But not complete rack systems.

Warranty

5 year Limited warranty will only apply to those who submit their warranty card by e-mail to sales@vantech.us . When e-mailing warranty information please provide us with the invoice number, name, address and date of purchase. Non-registered warranty claims will not be excepted after 30 days of receiving item. Covered on the warranty are as follow: Cross bars, mounting bases, brackets and supports. Hardware such as nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets are not included in the warranty. Warranty does not cover bent or warped cross-bars. Customers must cover all shipping.

Claims for Shipping Damages

Product that are damaged during transport must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours after receiving delivery. Otherwise customer will be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please inspect all packages thoroughly before signing acceptance of shipment.

Return Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned freight pre-paid in the original shipping packaging with all labels, hardware, instructions. All returns must be accompanied by a RGA and a copy of the original receipt. The RGA # must be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products can not be returned after 30 days. Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned at shippers expense. All returns are subjected to a 30% cancellation fee/return fee. Customer pays all shipping and handling charge going to and from destination. When the item have been examined and the reason of return is verified, you will be issued a refund. Refund will be issued by company check to the receiver and will take approximately 5-7 business days to process.
