Model 2020 mirrors feature an original equipment appearance and unique pivot design which allows the mirror head and arm to rotate safely 80° forward or rearward if impacted to prevent mirror/door damage and allow for maneuvering through tight spaces. This pivot also provides for an easy-to-locate and securely maintained preset driving position. These stylish new mirrors replace original equipment mirrors, installing easily and securely in existing factory mounting pockets using factory mounting holes. There is no piercing of door sheet metal or additional mounting brackets needed inside door skin, preserving factory finish and factory corrosion warranty. In addition, with this easy-to-maintain, corrosion-free mirror mount, there is no interference with paint schemes or door logos.
