No expense was spared in utilizing the best performance products for this type of project from the major tuning shops in Germany. It's based on a 1980 P200E frame. This scooter was built entirely by myself, a certified Vespa tech with years of experience in restoration, performance and custom work.
It's very reliable, a 1 or 2 kick starter, with great handling and performance that won't disapoint. I've tried to list everything below that was done and have receipts totaling about $4500 which doesn't include the initial cost of the scooter or my labor ! Paint is about a 7 on 1-10 scale as the scooter was built about 2 years ago and may have a nick or blemish from use.
MODS: Full hydraulic front disc brake. Braided steel brake and fuel lines. LED dual function bar end turn signals/brake lights(Red-running,blinking Red-brake & blinking Orange-turn). LED rear lights and rear turn signals. Halogen headlamp. Multi-function digital & LED speedometer/rev counter/top speed/avg speed etc etc. Peanut gas tank, no need for a fuel pump ! Stock gas tank hollowed out for under seat storage. Drop handle bars with cast aluminum headset. Buzetti side stand. Front fork lowered by 1" which decreases wheelies and improved road holding. Fiberglass Race seat and pad. T5 shortend fiberglass front mudgaurd. PX type under seat cowl latches. Diamond plate floor boards, rear light/tag holder, spare wheel cover and kickstart - all powder coated black. Narrowed frame and raked in back with seams frenched in, painted in Dodge Hemi Orange with vinyl racing stripes. Teflon control cables and customised wire harness. 3 Bridgestone Motard tires. Fornales adjustable gas shocks.
ENGINE: Malossi 210cc cylinder & piston,race ported and reworked for 60mm crank by SIP. Dowled & reprofiled cylinder head by SIP. 60mm Long stroke crank - gas flowed, balanced and laser welded pin by Worb5. MMW2 30mm aluminum reed valve manifold. Yamaha RD 350 reed block. Delorto 30mm carb. Reinforced clutch basket. Malossi clutch plates, steels & springs. Parmakit variable electronic ignition/stator and flywheel. T5 4th gear. High end bearings and seals throughout. Cases matched and polished to cylinder kit and reed valve intake. JL right hand expansion chamber(not in pic).
I've only put just over 300 miles on it since the build and am now on to other things. I have a clean Florida title. Buyer to arrange shipping.
