This is a brand Basic Leather Vest from Victory motorcycles, part # 285430803, size Medium.  The vest retails for $119.99, and is no longer available.

There’s a bold new look to this Classic Leather Vest. It is made of premium leather, has four front snaps, two zip pockets and a quilted mock kidney belt across the lower back. The Vest is lined and it has a large Victory tank badge logo on the back and a smaller logo on the left chest.
