Payment:

Paypal Accepted. Payment must be cleared within 3 days of purchase. Non-Paying bidder program participant.

Combined Shipping/Shipping Discounts:

When possible we will combine shipping. Please make your purchase then WAIT to make your payment until we have invoiced you through eBay with your shipping discount. Items must be paid together with one combined Paypal transaction. Some items are not eligible for combined shipping due to size, shipping methods, payment requirements or being located in separate warehouses in different states.

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping insurance is automatically included up to $100 for items shipped via UPS. If insurance is included it will be stated in the listing.

International Shipping/Payments:

Please use the shipping calculator at the bottom of the auction page for international orders. Not all items can be shipped outside the US. Insurance, tracking may not be available. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID THROUGH PAYPAL or cash upon pick-up.

Warranties & Guarantees:

Any warranty or guarantee issues to be addresses with the manufacturer.

Availability:

Items are subject to backorders, or being out-of-stock due to sale before auction ends or being discontinued. Refunds will be given in full if orders can not be filled within a reasonable amount of time.

Color Choices:

Often we offer several colors & sizes in our eBay store. If a specific color is not listed in the auction, there are no color options or (assorted) color sent will be random. If the auction gives color choices, please be sure to include your color choice with you payment; failure to do so may delay shipment, order cancellation or result in a random color being shipped.

Exchanges/Returns:

Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained within 3 days of delivery. Buyer must request and receive the RA by emailing us before any items will be accepted. Please follow the instructions with the RA email carefully. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all tags, etc.  Shipping, handling and insurance fees are generally non-reimbursable. Additional shipping fees may be required before shipment of some exchange items. Restock fee of 25% may apply. Some items sold AS IS and are clearly marked within the auction- no exchanges or refunds are allowed on these items. All used items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
