I bought them an iPad Air 5, they put in the description that it was in excellent condition and when I received it I came across the surprise that the screen is scratched and the edge of the iPad is beaten, I wrote to them to tell them about the inconvenience and they did not give me a solution, they have a bad customer service.

We were polite with a buyer from the first message. The buyer requested a partial refund or he will put negative feedback. We offered him a full refund if he would send us the unit back or take 20$ partial refund. He stopped responding and did a bad review. This is manipulating me to pay it or a get bad review. He does not respond to my messages.
