The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the item is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. All items are sold "as is". Seller Payment Instructions
EB Trading requires payment for all items within seven (7) business days of successful auction or 'buy it now' purchase. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Anyone using Paypal, must have a 'verified' address. 6% Sales tax applies to all applicable shipments to Pennsylvania. 

Shipping Policy
Small Package - Upon successful receipt of payment , most items will usually ship within one (1) business day, unless they are marked for local pickup. We are sorry, but we cannot ship to a buyer’s UPS/Fedex/DHL account number. Our preferred carrier is USPS or UPS. 
For domestic shipping, buyers pay actual postage plus a $2 handling fee to cover our careful packaging of your purchase. The handling fee for envelope type items (books, small packages) is only $1.00. If special handling is required due to especially fragile items, or crating for larger items, a specific handling fee will be included in the listing. (International shipping includes a $4 handling fee ) We will combine shipping from multiple auctions, where possible. 

Freight - If your purchase requires crating and freight arrangements, then shipment will be coordinated with the chosen carrier, customer requirements, and EB Trading's shipping schedules. Any courier deliveries will be curbside only. 

International Shipping - We can no longer ship any items internationally via USPS First Class Mail, due to lack of trackability. All items must go USPS Priority Mail or UPS. International buyers pay actual postage plus a $4 handling fee to cover our careful packaging of your purchase.

Insurance
Shipping Insurance is also available as an option for items under $500. Insurance for items over $500 is included in the shipping costs. Shipping insurance is for total damage or loss of an item, and does not cover scratches, or minor dings. If insurance is not chosen and item is 'lost in transit', then EB Trading is not responsible for the loss. If insurance is chosen and an item is 'lost in transit', then it is buyer's responsibility to file a loss claim with the carrier.

Local Item Pickup
Any purchased item, marked for local pickup, that has not been picked up after 14 days of purchase, will be charged a daily storage fee of $10 for small items, and $40/day for large items. Any items left beyond 30 days will be forfeited, unless other arrangements have been made.

Return Policy
EB Trading has a 7 day money-back guarantee. If the purchased item is not in the condition described, you may return it for a full refund, less the shipping costs - unless the item is described as 'as-is'. Any discrepancies or defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Any item being returned must be in its original packaging and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained from us. No refund requests will be processed without an RMA number. Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Returned Items that are in acceptable condition, may be charged a 20% restock fee. 

Damaged shipments
Please inspect all packages upon receipt for any damage that may occur during transit. If there has been any damage, please make note on delivery receipt and have it acknowledged by the delivery driver. This will make it easier to process a freight claim, if necessary.
