All Texas residents will be subject to a sales tax of 6.25%  All out of state taxes will be collected at the time of registry in your hometown's Tax and registration office.

Title and licensing fees apply to all buyers in all states .

All sales subject to a $189.00 Documentary Fee.

Winning bidder must make a $500 deposit within the first 48 hours of auction end. Arrangements for remaining balance will be made shortly thereafter. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misinterpreted. Deposits on cars that do not complete the purchasing process will be applied towards paperwork, title production, re-listing and lost productivity.
 
Remember, all used cars are not perfect. Expect some cosmetic or mechanical wear. We do, however, offer cars that meet or exceed high vehicle inspection standards and has a solid CARFAX Vehicle History Report.

We do finance vehicles at a competitive rate.

Titles on vehicles will be provided within 30 days after the process is complete.

We reserve the right to end the auction early if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. 

ADDITIONALLY, there is the slight possibility for a car to be contracted or purchased locally minutes before the auction ends with either a winning bid or Buy-it-Now. If this event does occur, the winning bidder will be contacted immediately and measures will be taken to ensure winning bidder satisfaction.

Miles posted may vary slightly due to test-driving, road testing or transit repairs.
