1992 Volkswagen Cabriolet Convertible Karmann Edition in very good condition. This vehicle was purchased new by my in-laws and has since been passed down to my wife. This is a very well kept vehicle that was never smoked in, well maintained, and stored during winters. The vehicle is original... Including Rare Ink Pen Blue paint, White Vinyl Top, Leather interior, and the VDO gauges in the center console. Less than 5,000 miles ago some routine maintainance was done including Cam Shaft Seal, Timing Belt, A/C recharge and Belt, and New Axle Shafts ( left and right sides). The engine and automatic transmission are solid and very dependable. Oil light blinks when car is idling and has since I first drove the car 8 years ago... Never been an issue. ( Car has VDO oil pressure gauge) As you can see in the photos there are some imperfections... some chipped paint on the driver side door (no dents), some rust spots at the base of the windshield and a newly discovered crack in the windshield. Vinyl top has very small cracks on each side of the crease above door glass. That's it! The pictures show that you are looking at a very nice, clean, dependable convertible with ORIGINAL PAINT, ORIGINAL TOP, AND LOW ORIGINAL MILES. New 17" wheels with Toyo Proxes tires really finish the look of this cabriolet. I have the original wheels and tires for the vehicle, original floor mats with VW logo, and the Boot cover for the convertible top.(boot is missing one snap) GREAT CAR! GREAT PRICE!
