TERMS OF SALE

We are a full service dealership and these cars are offered for sale to our local customers. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel bids or end this auction at anytime should the car be sold locally or through other marketing methods.

BEST OFFER:

Only submit a Best Offer when you..re serious about purchasing this vehicle. 
Like the bids made on auction-style listings, your Offer is binding. 
If your Offer is accepted, you are obligated to pay for the vehicle. 
We have 48 hours to accept your best offer. If and when we receive multiple offers we will accept the highest Best Offer.Offers are also welcomed by phone.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Please contact us within 24 hours of the closing of an auction. A (non-refundable) $400.00 deposit is required within 48 hours of the auction closing. Balance is due in full (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of auction end; and before vehicle is picked up, or delivered. 

If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions have restrictions on the vehicles they want to finance. Make sure if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.

Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Autos of Dallas reserves the right to cancel any contract until full payment is received.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Cash (in person), bank to bank wire transfer, certified funds (cashier's check, money order), Visa, Master Card, or Institutional Financing. We are not a Franchise dealer therefore we do not accept Franchise-dealer-only checks.

 
FEES AND TAXES:

All sales are subject to a $100.00 dealer service fee, $50.00 document fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at 0.002431 of the purchase price. Example $10,000.00 purchase = $24.31.

Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, registration fee of $85.80 and inspection fee of $40.50. 

WARRANTY:

All of our vehicles are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as .. AS IS / WHERE IS.. condition. 
As required by federal law an AS-IS Buyer..s Guide well be included in you sales documents.  
However, an extended warranty may be purchased.

CONDITIONS AND GUARANTEE BY SELLER: 

We try to describe our vehicles in detail, with a great amount of high quality pictures.  However, please keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new! And as with any used vehicle, minor cosmetic flaws may become visible under close inspection. Please have your inspection done prior to bidding. Pre-sale inspections are welcome.Please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures before placing a bid.

Autos of Dallas, makes every attempt to provide our clients with two keys, manuals, booklets, NAV CDs, wheel locks, tool kits, floor mats etc..., however, from time-to-time, a vehicle may be missing one or more of these items and we cannot guarantee that they will be included in the vehicle at the time of sale.

Mileage at the time of delivery may be slightly higher due to test drives.

SHIPPING:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will arrange for shipping, if requested.

You are entering a legal binding contract. Your bid or offer to buy and/or purchase constitutes your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

If you are not sure about something, Please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Dallas County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered in Dallas County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Dallas, County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Dallas County, Texas.
