GOVERNING LAW; FORUM SELECTION.  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without reference to its conflict of laws principals.  All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Pennsylvania state courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (or, if there is exclusive federal jurisdiction, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania), and the parties hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

For those that do not pick up vehicle from our retail location, all associated costs with shipping the vehicle is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  A good resource to estimate and arrange shipment is Daily Direct Motorcycle Transportation. They can be reached at their toll-free number at 1-888-428-5245.  The website for this company is www.haulbikes.com Please do NOT e-mail us and ask for shipping rates or for us to arrange shipping as this is the only part of the transaction that is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  For an accurate quote from the shipping companies, every vehicle will be picked up at our retail location at 12451 Route 30, Irwin, PA 15642.

WARRANTY

Our vehicles are sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated that it is still under factory warranty.  If possible, we will provide an in-service date of the vehicle for sale, the length of factory warranty, and the expiration date of the factory warranty.  Most of our vehicles are eligible for an after market warranty offered through Guardian.  If you are interested if this vehicle is eligible and the associated cost, just drop us an email at scottarvay@yahoo.com.
