LoudHornGuy Policies:

            Return Policy: 

·        If your item is damaged or defective, within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it for a new item.  New item will be shipped upon receipt of damaged merchandise by the seller.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping on damaged unit; LoudHornGuy will pay for shipping of the new item.

·        All other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping to seller.  Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of returned item. 

·        No returns accepted AFTER 30 DAYS PAST PURCHASE DATE. 

Exchanges:

·        Within 30 days, if you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, we will gladly send the new item to you once the old item has been received.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of item being returned.  If new item is of higher value, new item will be shipped within one business day of receipt of payment for difference.  If new item is of lower value, difference will be refunded to buyer within 2 business days.

·        At LoudHornGuy, we value your feedback, and we understand the value other eBay users place on their feedback.  We will gladly leave feedback for any transaction once it has been left for us.  We do our best to update feedback each week, but sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks.
