Successful "winning" bidder must telephone Premier Auto Group within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make a $200 deposit via pay-pal or credit/debit card. (If this obligation is not satisfied we reserve the right to re-list vehicle or sell to another buyer at our discretion.)

Within (5) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Premier Auto Group accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept payment from online lenders Capital One Auto Finance, and eBay Finance. We will also accept PayPal and any major credit cards. Please call for service charges if applicable. We do not offer any in-house financing so please make sure you are approved for your loan from your own bank BEFORE bidding.

All buyers pay a $200.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee which include a 60 day temporary tag. Maryland buyers must pay 6% sales tax plus applicable STATE fees. Maryland residents are responsible for all Maryland State Inspection costs, taxes,tag,title etc. VEHICLES PURCHASED BY MD RESIDENTS CANNOT LEAVE OUR PREMISES WITHOUT A CURRENT INSPECTION STICKER. We have local Maryland inspection stations/repair facilities that can perform state inspections/surveys at BUYERS cost. We are more than happy to arrange this for our customers. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. Premier Auto Group recommends vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility.  If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy (mechanical repairs in excess of 750.00 (NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO MD STATE INSPECTIONS for MARYLAND RESIDENTS in which costs vary greatly for each vehicle depending on age, type and mileage) or MAJOR cosmetic damage not pictured in auction) between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or work out a compromise. Buyer will not be responsible for eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (will be stated in our description). We are not responsible for vehicles once they have left our property. All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated or pictured in auction. Vehicles come with books and/or manuals only if pictured in photo gallery and/or if stated in the ad.
