 This is an Arctic Fox fuel filter heater band that runs on 12 volts.  It is used but works fine.  Could use a good cleaning but other than that everything is there and it functions fine.  Was rarely used with the system I installed because I never needed the extra heat.  It is the perfect size for a VW Diesel fuel filter.  About 3" inside diameter.  Has adjustable hose clamps on the body of it for fitting to the filter.  Was purchased new from Grease Works in Corvallis Oregon.

12v Arctic Fox heater pad, 8" x 1.5", 80 watts, 6.2 amps. This heater band fits filters with diameters 2.75"-3.25" (all stock VW/Mercedes diesel filters, the one exception being TDI filters)
