These are brand new wheels, 21 inch front and 18 inch rear. Black Rim, Chrome Hub. Includes a free spoke wrench, Brake Rotors, 51 Tooth Rear Sprocket, and both wheels are still packaged from the Warp 9 Factory. Here are some details from the Warp 9 site:
