There are 2 night stand units, each one consisting of upper glass-faced cabinet, side map/reading light, side open-faced cubby, lower cabinet (one has a switch panel); each has a nearby electrical outlet. Corner TV viewing cabinet (TV not included) has interior electrical outlet, 12VDC/cable and 3 lower drawers. Corner mini single sink with mirrors and 2 lower drawers. Bedroom has 2 windows, both sliding with screens, horizontal blinds and valances. One window serves as an emergency exit. Bedroom has 2 overhead speakers, crank vent and 2 lighting units.
BATHROOM: Bathroom is 2-steps up from kitchen. Bathroom has 2 sliding divider privacy doors, single sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, lower single door cabinet, electrical outlet. 2 large wardrobe cabinets, each with a lower single door cabinet. Large upper 4-door cabinets along each side; one with mounted clock; plenty of room on top of cabinets for even more storage. There is also access to additional front-facing ceiling storage compartment above kitchen area. This area has 5 windows, all sliding with screens and decorative valances; 4 of which have horizontal blinds. 4 electrical outlets. This area has 3 overhead lighting units, 2 speakers, smoke detector, crank vent. Rear Kwikee bunk sleeper with pad, ladder, privacy curtain and overhead crank vent and a lighting unit. Rear ramp door for easy loading and unloading of your toys. Plenty of in-floor tie-down hooks. Removeable carpet. SEe dimensions in header of this ad.
SUMMARY: This is a nice toy hauler. Clean inside and out. Interior has no unpleasant odors (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc.). Carpet in bedroom, bathroom and stairs appears to be in very good condition and currently has plastic runners in place. Removeable carpet in living area showing medium wear. Linoleum in kitchen and cargo area appars to be in good condition, as with any used toyi hauler, it will have some minor blemishes, etc. Walls throughout do show some scuffs and/or blemishes. Oak-colored cabinets open and close properly. Windows are good. WORKING CONDITION
This vehicle is available for inspection prior to auction end. All vehicles are used and with any used vehicle it may or may not have chips, scratches, dings, dents, cracks, de lamination, fading or other imperfections from normal use. We will always try to describe our vehicles to the best of our ability. We do visual inspections only. We do not do mechanical inspections. If we come across something that does not work we repair it or list it in our ads. As seen in our feedback, we are one of the most honest dealer's ever on eBay. We have full time RV Techs on duty to assure you're quickly on the road during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mon.-Thur.
SALES TAX and DOC FEE
There will be a $199 Doc Fee to pay for temporary plates, Fed Ex charges, title transfer fees, emission testing (if needed), and out-of-state inspections. All buyers will pay their home state sales tax rate here up to 6.3%. This tax will be applied when you register in your home state.
Arizona residents: registration fees will also be added.
Out of country buyers, including Canada, will be allowed to choose a $300 Arizona State-Line-Delivery or be responsible for the 6.3% sales tax, in which case we will provide a 90 temporary license plate and registration.
