1941 WILLYS ROCKET SHIP...3 WINDOW COUPE 350 CHEVROLET ENGINE+++WEILAND BLOWER 2 HOLLEY CARBS+++TURBO 350 TRANSMISSION MUSTANG 2 FRONT END+++DISC BRAKES PRO-STREET CAR YOU CAN DRIVE
THIS IS A REPLICA CAR, THE BODY IS THICK FIBERGLASS AND THE FRAME A TUBE FRAME, IT IS ALL VERY WELL BUILT!
VIN I forgot to get the VIN, but the car has a VIN that matches the title.
MILEAGE: Under a 100 miles on the car sence it was build, less is reading on the speedometer because it was not connected when we got it. Milage is exempt on old cars. TITLE: Clear Georgia registration of title in hand, it is titled as a 1941 Willys you will have no problem with registration.
OWNERSHIP: This car belongs to my friend Danny Pryor, he does no emails and no internet, so I'm helping him sell it. If you deal with me or him direct and not through ebay motors we ill take a couple of thousand less. If you hit the buy now on ebay you pay the full price.
HISTORY: The car was built by D & R Racing, they are located in Fayetteville, Georgia. We were told the body came from Atlanta Rod Shop, no documentation on anything. I'm selling this car for my friend Danny.
WILL WE TRADE: Yes, but we will not drive to look at your car and both of us have to inspect each others cars. I will not trade for a car with out inspecting it and you shouldn't eather. This car is priced to sell, its price is not jacked way up for trading. IS THERE ANY RUST PROBLEMS? No rust! IS THERE ANY ACCIDENT DAMAGE? None that I can find. WHY AM I SELLING THIS CAR? I’m a classic car restorer, but when I find a car I like, can sell for a fair market price and make a few bucks, I buy it fix a few things and resell. PAINT: The paint color looks a lot like the 1969 Camaro Daytona yellow. The paint is very nice, no cracks in the body and the panels are straight. The hood, trunk and doors don't fit good, but do the job.
FRAME: The frame is built very good, it is tube
CHROME: What chrome, the grill is new.
INTEROR: The interior is nice, the color look just right with the paint, the seats are a leather look vinyl with simulated Ostrid inserts that look great.
UNSERSIDE: Not detailed for show, but the brackets and mounts areall good. The frame is a well built tube. GLASS: Clear glass. ENGINE: The engine is a strong running Chevrolet 355 cubic inch, that has no blue smoke, no rattles and runs like a scalded dog, "it is fast". The blower is by Weiland, the two four barrell carbs are dual line Holley. The engine starts good, it has a large aluminum radiator with a electric fan, it does no over heat. EXHAUST SYSTEM: TRANSMISSION: Nice shifting 3 speed automatic transmission, it a Turbo 350. REAR-END: No whines or growls, its a 10 bolt Chevrolet with a street gearing. I can check the gear ratio if you get real interested. BRAKES: Good, they stop the car good, they are disc on the front and drums on the rear. STEERING: The car has a Mustang 2 style front end, it is rack-and-pinion and drives good. LIGHTS: They work, headlights and tail lights work, brake lights work. GUAGES: They are by Auto Meter and work. SPEEDOMETER WORKS! HOW DO THE DOORS AND HOOD OPEN AND CLOSE? They don't open and close as good as I like.
PANEL FIT: The body is great, its thick fiber-glass, the fenders are molded in and look nice, the hood, trunk and doors don't fit good. The gaps vary and they do not fit even.
THE GOOD STUFF: The car runs great, the mechanical is good, the car drives great and it has a killer look. You could not come close to building this car for the price.
TRADES: Maybe, but they are hard and we are not interested in driving a long way to look at your car. The rest of the information is boring unless you are really interested in buying the car, its just buying details like shipping, paperwork, who I am, where the car is located and how to pay and contact information. CONTACT INFO: my cell is 423-506-8987, I do not answer when driving, while meeting with people, after about cell 423-506-8987 email: dreamcar@live.com PAPERWORK: I know what to do! Option 3: The safest is to let our banks handle it, my bank is a member of the transfer.
INSPECTIONS: Please come look and be happy. All inspections are required to be done before the end of the listing. I listed this car as I see it as a 64 year old car restorer, please come and judge it for your self. I judge the car to my standards, this may not be yours. Paid inspectors are unpredictable, you might get a good one, but most of them do not impress me at all, most really don’t know what to look at, they make a good car sound bad on the report. They have to be very critical to cover their back sides and all their concerned about is getting paid. I understand how hard it is to buy a car without looking, but I think you should come look yourself. I don’t like paid inspectors, I like for the person that is buying to inspect for themselves. I think its fine to send a friend to inspect for you. To make it clear, don’t hit the buy now button and then inspect, come inspect first! TRADES: Please no trades! BOTTOM LINE: My firm price is $35,500 through ebay!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you deal direct you can buy it for $34,500 and I'm asking $37,500 on the local market. The game is not rocket science, ask a price and come down. It’s not fun to bargain over the cell phone all day long with people that live 2000 miles away and are not going to buy anyway. My firm price is the Buy Now price. I have sold every car I have ever tried to, so I’m not motivated to be bargained down. PLEASE!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! Come look at this vehicle. Please don’t hit the Buy Now button unless your ready to really buy it! Do your research, call me with questions, read my feed backs, I am ebay verified; this means they say I’m a real person in a real place. I WILL BE VERY HAPPY TO SELL YOU THE VEHICLE WITH-OUT AN INSPECTION; YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE A Read the ME section on the upper right hand part of the listing marked seller info.
