I received the box and the glass was broken into a million pieces.The seller was friendly and helpful in getting a replacement sent out right away. In all I had to wait almost two weeks to get my window. Given the low cost, the wait was worth it. I installed it myself and the fit was perfect. I recommend this seller. Just ask for sturdy packaging when placing your order. The second packing was much better than the first.
