DOT Certified & Street Legal!
This Electric Motorcycle is DOT certified and street legal & can be registered, insured and operated in all 50 states. A helmet & drivers license is required in most states and a motorcycles license may be required in a few states. Most states allow this bike to be registered as a moped which usually means you just need a regular drivers license to operate. Some states like Nevada have no registration requirements on electric motorcycles or gas mopeds under 50cc.

DMV Registration
The MCO or Manufacturers Certificate of Origin, needed for your title & registration is not included with your bike. You must call or >>e-mail us with the VIN number found on your bike (below the ignition switch and beneath a small rectangular panel) or along the frame near the rear tire and provide us with the name & address that you want on your paperwork and bill of sale.  Once you provide this information to us, we will get the MCO and bill of sale processed and in the mail to you.  Be sure you do this as soon as you receive your bike so we can get it to you immediately and you can start riding quickly!

Battery Location In Moped
The XM-3500Li has 20 lightweight Lithium batteries installed in the motorcycle. Each battery is a 40 AMP LiFePO4 cell which are specifically designed for long range / high speed electric motorcycles & have a life of 7 to 10 years & up to 2000 charges. Lithium cells are environmentally friendly, have no memory or heavy metals & require no maintenance.

Dual Rear Shocks
The XM-3500Li comes with dual rear gas charged shocks to ensure a smooth ride at high speeds..
The motorcycle has 2 kick stands. The bike can be parked on the center stand or lean the bike on the left sided kick stand for easy convenience.
