Any customers wishing to have their item shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must contact us prior to bidding to receive approval. Shipping to AK or HI will require additional fees and arrival time will be delayed. If prior approval was not acquired prior to making payment, your money will be refunded.

International orders - If the rate for your country is not listed please get a quote before bidding or Purchasing from Snomad's.

Shipping Services can take 3-7 days to deliver in the US (typically 3-5 days on the West Coast and 4-7 days on the East Coast).

Warranty :

New items come with a 90 Day manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer with any problems you might have.( Snomad's is the Manufacture).

If the manufacturer cannot help you with your problem, please email us and include your name, address, item number and the problem you're having, and we will email you an RMA #.    The shipping amount will not be refunded.

Return Policy:  

In the event an error in the listing or product damage we MUST be notified within 7 days of your receiving shipment.

Item must be returned with all original shipping material. (tags, bags,etc)
Damage claims are investigated and verified. Serial number or infrared watermark will be authenticated.

Unsubstantiated returns will be refused and returned at your cost.

All Returns/Exchanges must be authorized and have a RMA#.

If you receive a box that is damage ask the driver to open it to verify contents, if no driver available (DO NOT OPEN IT) contact us and we will contact the shipping company.
