Return & Warranty Service:

• 1. All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier or our listing error and mistake. We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. All items come with 30 days store warranty unless advertised differently.

• 2. Please contact us for reason of returning and obtain a return number.

• 3. For any reason of returning, buyers must return the light bulbs with original case to obtain service.

• 4. A copy of transaction details must be included with return package, and the return number must be displayed outside of the package.
