All returns must get a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number and this number must be on the package when it is returned. Returns must be made within 30 days. Unopened items in their original packages can be returned for a refund or exchange with no questions asked. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be paid for defective items returned within 7 days and shipping mistakes only. A replacement for a defective item will be sent out after the original item is returned and examined. Return shipping costs can not exceed the original shipping costs. Make sure that you receive the item that you were expecting before opening it or mounting it. If we can not resell it as new, we can not refund your payment for it.
