Combined Shipping Discounts: We offer a discounted shipping rate on 2 or more items being shipped together. They do not have to be the same item or be from the same listing. Each item listing states the 'first item' shipping charge and the 'additional item' shipping charge. Please take the item with the highest 'first item' shipping amount and then add the 'additional item' shipping charge of the remaining item(s) to get the grand shipping total. This will be automatically calculated for you upon checkout. How to Notify of Size and/or Color info, etc.
You can give us the item attribute information (Size and/or Color) by email (
motodirectusa@hotmail.com) after your order or you can put it in the 'Special Instructions' box provided within our checkout system, which is what we prefer. You can also give it to us verbally if you call us to make payment. The eBay platform does not have the capability to select attributes such as color info within their system. That is why you need to follow these instructions.
Combined Order Instructions
This is really very simple. Just purchase each item(s) you need off of eBay. Then you need to go into our checkout system by either clicking on the pay now button on the last item you purchase or click the checkout link in the email we send you after your purchases. Our checkout system will reflect the discounted shipping rate.
NOTE: Do not complete checkout all you have purchased ALL the items you are wanting shipped together.
How do I determine the size that I need?
Each item listing will have detailed instructions on how to measure for size. Each listing will also have a size chart that you will be able to compare your measurement against to determine the size that you need. All brands of helmets do vary in sizing, so it is important to take a measurement and compare it to the size chart.
How do I know if you have the specific Size/Color that I want in stock?
We usually have over 25,000 items in stock at any given time. We rarely are backordered on any item due to our large inventory, but it does happen occasionally. If the item is listed on eBay then it is very safe to assume that we have many of them in stock. However, since we have over 3,000 unique SKU's, we do temporarily run out of a few items every once in a great while. We do have a list of current backordered items listed on our eBay About ME page. We update this list every day. If the item you want is not on the backorder list then you should have complete confidence that the item is in stock.
What is your Return Policy?
We have the most generous Return Policy on eBay. We have an unquestioned 365 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product the please return it to us within the first 365 days for a 105% product refund (minus shipping charges) as long as it is in new condition and packaging with the tags, etc. Please include the return form in the box explaining what needs to be done. The return form will be included in the box when you receive your order. You will be refunded by the same method that you used to pay us.
What is your Exchange Policy?
If you wish to exchange an item due to a sizing problem then please send it to our address below in new condition and packaging within 365 days after your order along with return form in the box explaining what needs to be done. Once we get it we will send you the item you need out to you at our expense as long as the item is in good condition. If it is an exchange for any other reason other than size then please include $5 for return shipping. We process all exchanges within 1-2 business days of when we receive them. You will receive a notification email when the exchange has been processed and shipped back out to you. This email will include the tracking number of the new shipment.

What do I do if I received defective merchandise or the wrong item?
This is very rare but if this does happen then please follow the exchange instructions above. Please include the shipping charges you incurred sending it back to us on the note inside the box and we will refund you 100% of that amount and include it with the returning package to you.
Do you issue Tracking Information?
Yes, all customers will be emailed a tracking number during the evening of the order being shipped.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Absolutely! This is the least we can do for our wonderful service men and women! All orders will be shipped out the same business day they are paid for by USPS Priority mail. Normal shipping rates apply. We do not charge any extra to ship to APO/FPO.
Do you offer 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping?
Yes we do. We can ship by USPS Priority mail (2 Day) and by USPS Express Mail for domestic orders. The charges for each expedited shipping method will be stated on the item listing and within our checkout system. You can easily select any expedited shipping option during checkout.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
YES! We now ship to any International country serviced by the United States Postal Service in addition to USA and it's territories as well as FPO/APO.

What is your Feedback Policy?
We consider a transaction as closed successfully once the buyer receives the product and is fully satisfied with it. Please wait for the item to come in and if you are fully satisfied leave a positive feedback for us and our system will immediately leave a positive feedback for you. I have not received my order yet. What should I do?
Make sure you gave us the size/color information and the appropriate shipping address. Most of the delay in shipments occur because the buyer has not given us this information. While making postal payments, simply sending the payment with no information can also delay your shipment. Also if you are an international buyer and have not given the proper shipping could also delay shipment. If you think you have given all the information and still not received the item even after 10 days, please let us know and we will look into this matter right away
