Should you return the item there will be a 25% restocking fee and no shipping charges will be refunded. Buyer will be responsible to pay return shipping. We must approve all returns and you will be given a return number. No returns will be accepted without RA#. Please note that our handling time is based on Monday thru Friday and does not include holidays from 9-5 est. Should you be requesting a custom color, size, etc.. the order may take longer to process.
