All right....ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
Up for your consideration is this opportunity to have your carbs professionally re-built by someone (finally) who knows just how to do it. I have been doing this for around 30yrs. and up to this point for me and my friends only. The crap that's being offered on eBay by most(but not all..there are still some good guys out there) has prompted me to do this. It's high time we get what we pay for! Here's how it works:
You send me your carbs(contact me for parts availability first) and payinitial costsof shipping to my business.
I will rebuild your carbs to factory specs(or whatever special jetting you require at your expense for parts) and send them back...shipping on me.
I will try and use all OE jets/needles/choke plungers/floats/etc. to save you the extra costs. It has been my experience that most brass hardware/parts ARE re-usable and function well if not abused. However, I will replace any and all parts in question
All O-rings will be replaced. All gaskets will be replaced.
All bodies/racks/caps/bowls are first cleaned by hand, removing excess varnish/gasket material and then ultrasonically with the latest technology. They are then glass bead blasted removing most surface imperfections/ hand cleaned again in solvent, and put back in the ultrasonic for final cleaning. I GUARANTEE ALL Orifices, passages, etc. to be ABSOLUTELY clear.
. All new SS hardware for carb bowls and tops. All bores polished.
Carbs are then re-assembled/floats set/bench sync/and leak tested.
It takes me a while to do it properly, so count on an approximate 1 week turnaround, not including shipping both ways. It is possible to get it done quicker, but they wont leave here until they are RIGHT!!
My specialty are all the old KZ's Suzuki Mikuni 26, 28,29mm,33mm Smoothbore. Accelerator pumps?..no problem. I will entertain other years/makes/types, but contact me before buying.
I'll fix just about ANY motorcycle carburetor...don't be afraid to ask. You won't be disappointed!
All special requests: add $50.00.. ALL PUMPERS...ADD $30.00...
Payment by VISA/MASTERCARD through my business, or PAYPAL...your choice.
Carbs will most likely need to be syncd to your machine for final tuning...can't help you there.
I am a Master Tool and Die Maker for 32 years now and trust me, I know what precision is. I strive for perfection in all of my work. I build as if it were my own. I won't take a lot of orders for this service due to the complexity and time involved. It's just not fair for me to take your carbs (and ride time) away just for volume.
I need to be clear on just ONE MORE THING.....the carbs MUST BE REBUILDABLE! Please don't send me your damaged/abused/broken carbs with missing parts. If you do, I'll send them straight back to ya, at your expense. All parts need to be there. If you are missing a slide, OR ANYTHING, the cost of that part will be added to the final price.
Check out my pictures..feedback..AND BID WITH CONFIDENCE.
Now, a little note about shipping: If you are like me, when I buy something I don't want to wait weeks to get my item. I pay for it now and I want it now. Fast shipping is getting pretty rare on Ebay now...BUT NOT HERE!! The faster you pay, the quicker I can ship!! I take great pride in my feedback. Check it out. I probably am one of the quickest shippers on Ebay!! Don't wait several days or weeks to get your purchase..GET IT HERE...NOW!!! I ship within 2 BUSINESS DAYS(Tuesday-Friday)!!! Try me out!!!
Sorry, but no more refunds. There are too many out there that like to "try it before they buy it" If my feedback, description, and pictures are not enough...ASK QUESTIONS!! If you're not comfortable with this...DON'T BID!!Check out my other items!
