Additional Fees Disclosure:

A documentation fee of $89.00 and set up fee of  $134.00 will be added to final bid price(set up fee only applys on NEW vehicles). All bidders must be residents of the USA. This vehicle will not be sold to residents outside of the USA and may not be shipped outside of the USA. Driver’s License will be required for processing. Idaho buyers are responsible for 6.0% sales tax and $14.00 title fee.

Buyers that are residents of all other states are responsible for proper registration in accordance with state laws and regulations.

Pick-up/Delivery and Settlement Terms of Sale:

Serious bidders only. A $500.00 down payment within 72 hours of auction end date is required; remaining balance owed is due within 10 days of auction end date or when vehicle is picked up, whichever occurs first. Buyer must take delivery of vehicle, participate in a pre-delivery inspection and sign all necessary state and federal documents at Rexburg Motor Sports in Rexburg, Idaho. Buyers defaulting on purchase after placing the winning bid will be assessed a $200.00 fee.

As the buyer, you are responsible for arranging pickup. If you are using a shipping service to transport the vehicle, obtain your quote before bidding. We are not responsible for quotes provided by eBay. The vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of auction end date. A $25 per day storage fee will apply after that date.  Buyer must be a US resident and must pick up the auctioned vehicle in person at dealership in Rexburg Idaho within the 10 days.  No credit cards accepted except for initial deposit required of $500.

An extended service contract may be available for an additional charge at the time of purchase. Please talk to a Rexburg Motor Sports Business Manager for exact cost and eligibility for extended service contracts.

1. Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.
2. Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary.

1. If you place a bid before the last 12-hour period of the auction:
   • You may retract that bid before that last 12-hour period but only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction.
2. If you place a bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction:
   • You will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances but only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.

1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Rexburg Motor Sports will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Rexburg Motor Sports as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Rexburg Motor Sports.
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
   

1. Rexburg Motor Sports will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Sarah at Rexburg Motor Sports by e-mail or phone
   208-356-4000 x 1092 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
